All grooming is by appointment only; we do not accept walk-ins. We book one dog at a time, so a missed appointment is a significant loss for a small shop. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will always do the same for you. Sunday appointments are special bookings arranged directly with Sherrena.
Your dog's comfort and safety come first. Severely matted coats are handled humanely, which may mean a shorter cut rather than painful de-matting. Pricing reflects coat condition, behavior, and time required, and quotes may be adjusted at the appointment after meeting your dog. Proof of current rabies vaccination may be requested.
